Gary DalcherGary Dalcher has served for the past sixteen years as a Project Manager and Applications Supervisor for the Clark County, Nevada's Information Technology Department, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Previous professional experience includes three years experience as Technical Services Manager at Kings County California Information Technology Department. Private industry experience includes employment at Caterpillar, Inc. for 8 years.

Gary has managed projects ranging from departmental to large enterprise-wide technology implementation projects. Information Technology consulting in Aerospace/Defense, Manufacturing, and in Insurance Companies.

Gary received his Certified Business Analyst Certification from George Washington University in 2008.

Gary has instructed technology courses at the College of Southern Nevada from 1994-2004. He has taught continuously for the University of Phoenix for fifteen years facilitating courses in discipline areas that include Business Management, Information Technology, Statistical Analysis and Project Management.
